The main responsibilities of our shipping agency are as follows:

Ensuring berth for incoming ships

Arranging the pilot and tugs, if required

Preparing documents for customs clearance & harbor services

Assisting the master in making necessary contacts with local and harbor authorities  Arranging fresh water supply for ships, if requested.

Arranging medical service for the crew, if so needed

Arranging storage bunkers, if needed

Arranging necessary repairs, if requested

Conveying instructions to and from ship owners

Organizing the supply, transport and handling of goods

Organizing necessary contacts with the stevedores

Collecting freights, cargoes

Liaising between shipper & receivers of goods

Making contact with inspection, insurance companies concerned in case of need.
