The morning of April 28-11, the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam (VCCI) held a conference on dialogue with business on policy and administrative procedures for taxation and customs in 2016.

Deputy Minister of Finance Vu Thi Mai and VCCI Vice President Hoang Quang Phong co-chaired the conference, with the participation of representatives of the General Department of Taxation, General Administration of Customs, the Tax Policy Department – Ministry of Finance; representatives of the tax authorities, local customs and more than 400 business representatives from business associations.
The conference aimed to information and communication on the policy and new administrative procedures in the field of taxation, customs, and deal with the difficulties and obstacles and create favorable environment for business activity, as well as strengthen cooperation between enterprises and tax authorities, customs.
The conference focused on two key issues: General information about policy changes, new administrative procedures in the field of taxation, customs and dialogue difficult to answer and problems for businesses, comments construction of legal documents from businesses.
Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Quang Phong behalf Vietnam business community reflects the difficulties and problems of enterprises and recommendations to leaders of the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Taxation, General Administration of Customs for consideration and study research and development.
Deputy Minister of Finance Vu Thi Mai said the Finance Ministry has been closely coordinating with other ministries and agencies to implement synchronous measures to support enterprises. With the aim to update the Ministry of Finance’s new tax policies and customs, solve the problems that concern the business community, this conference proved the Finance Ministry is always the companion of businesses, always listen to opinions of business, help businesses grow. Reviews enterprises will contribute to the tax authorities, customs finishing his policies.
Also at the meeting, leaders of the General Department of Taxation and the General Administration of Customs presented the new policy in the field of taxation and customs.
